1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Abico Executive Travel.

By booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Licensed Operator and chauffeurs with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

2. Services

Abico Executive Travel provides private chauffeur and executive transport services including:

  • Airport transfers
  • Corporate travel
  • Cruise port transfers
  • Long-distance travel
  • Hourly chauffeur hire
  • Event transportation

All services are subject to availability.

3. Bookings

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, email, or approved booking partners.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Booking details are accurate
  • Passenger and luggage requirements are correctly provided
  • Flight and pickup details are correct

Abico Executive Travel is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect booking information.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Distance
  • Vehicle type
  • Waiting time
  • Additional stops
  • Special requests
  • Traffic conditions or route changes

Payment may be required in advance for certain bookings.

All payments are processed securely using trusted payment systems.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment authorisation fails or fraud is suspected.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Transfers

Refunds are only provided where cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

No-Shows

A booking may be treated as a no-show if the passenger does not arrive within:

  • 30 minutes of standard pickup time
  • 60 minutes for airport pickups after flight landing time

No-show bookings are fully chargeable.

6. Waiting Time

Airport transfers include complimentary waiting time after the flight lands.

Additional waiting time may be charged at the applicable hourly or waiting rate.

7. Flight Monitoring

Where flight details are provided, we may monitor flight arrival times to adjust pickup schedules where reasonably possible.

Abico Executive Travel is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Immigration queues
  • Baggage delays
  • Airport operational disruptions
  • Security delays

8. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and vehicles.

We reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger:

  • Behaves aggressively or abusively
  • Causes damage
  • Poses a safety risk
  • Uses illegal substances

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles.

9. Luggage

Passengers must ensure luggage quantities are suitable for the selected vehicle.

Abico Executive Travel is not responsible for luggage that cannot safely fit within the booked vehicle.

10. Child Seats

Child seats may be available upon request but are subject to availability.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring appropriate child seating arrangements are suitable for their requirements.

11. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe traffic
  • Road closures
  • Extreme weather
  • Accidents
  • Strikes
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • Government restrictions

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abico Executive Travel shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Missed flights or connections
  • Business interruption
  • Delays caused by external circumstances

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.

13. Lost Property

Passengers are responsible for checking vehicles for belongings before leaving.

If property is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return items, although return charges may apply.

14. Website Use

All website content, branding, logos, and materials remain the property of Abico Executive Travel unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy or reproduce website content without permission.

15. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
